At Factory6, we take quality and customer service very seriously. However, due to the nature of our product offerings, all sales are considered final. We are not able to offer any refunds for unused or unsold CBD products of anykind. The only exceptions are as follows:
- Product damaged in shipment for online orders only. Notification of damage must be received by Factory6 within 7 days of receipt.
- Any mislabeled products.
